I started the process of obtaining unabridged birth certificates and an unabridged marriage certificate in November 2020. I received the unabridged birth certificates in May 2021. To date, I have not yet received my unabridged marriage certificate, and I have not received a single email/sms/phonecall from Lani or Jacky since 9 November 2022 (6 months ago). I have subsequently followed up on 25 January 2023, 29 March 2023, 24 April 2023 and today, 31 May 2023. For 2 and a half years, BlueSky Migration has had my money and I am still waiting for my unabridged marriage certificate. I am bitterly disappointed in the lack of feedback and communication. If you need something urgently, I suggest you look elsewhere for assistance.
