SIMPLY THE BEST! A huge thank you to Donovan and the team at Tutuka Motor Lab. After 5 shocking interactions with RenewIt (Strydom Park) my car was sent to Tutuka for rectification.Frank did an excellent assessment and my car was booked in. Communication was great throughout the process and my car has finally been repaired to standard. If you have a choice of panelbeaters - I sincerely recommend going with Tutuka!Thanks again! K

Pre arranged for my Merc to be brought in for new door and panel beating. Delivered on date arranged. Waited three weeks because new door never ordered. Finally got car back to found painting incomplete, another 5 days. Running board needed replacing. After much arguing with Discovery insurance it was approved. A two week wait for Tutuka to get this part. Arranged to bring car in only to find they had ordered the wrong side. Another weeks wait. No one particularly interested in the issues.

Very good service and a impressive commitment to fixing any subsequent problems.I've had some scary experiences with other similar places, but Tutuka did a good job during a very busy period.

I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants their car asap. My car has been gone from early October 2022 now we are on February 2023 and still their excuse is that they are waiting for a new dashboard from Germany. When I went to check on my car January 2023, the was no work done and when I asked, their excuse was that they are waiting for a dashboard. And another thing, expect 0 customer satisfaction and communication from them, you are on your own. You will need to be the one calling them, and the lies is just unbearable.
