In their defense we visited Engen Upington 8 am on a Sunday morning . The toilets were not clean and all 3 of them were blocked with toilet paper that wouldn't flush. The duty register showed that the toilets were last cleaned 14h00 the previous day. (Not sure if this is the norm). Steers service was poor with the lady who was handling our order just disappearing and leaving the one coffee standing getting cold. The black coffee was so weak I had to add a sachet of instant coffee to taste anything

What a disappointment! Just after 12 o'clock this morning I was going to fill up, oh my, they let me wait there for so long hooting and flashing lights, but they did not give me attention until I got out from the car, when I drew nigh to them then they said it's CLOSED! I was so hurt

They washed a lot more than the windows of my car. And they were capable and friendly during service. credit cards accepted. Good to fill the tank before returning it at the airport rental station.

Woolworths food in NC province, what more do I need to say. If you are planning a long trip to Namibia or Western Cape through Upington a definite quick stop for some delicious snacks. Friendly service.

I just want to thank Engen Upington for their friendly service today, what they did wasn't necessarily at all, but it shows for me they do care about their customers and I appreciate it greatly.I bought a coke and it accidentally dropped and the one guy working at the garage asked me if they can replace it for me at no extra costs, I told him it is really not necessary, but he insisted on exchanging it. And he exchanged it for me.That I call customer service. And I greatly appreciate it, it was a very small gesture, but it definitely put a smile on my face and made my day a better day.

Street kids bothering you constantly. Security unable to manage them for years. Reported to management about 20 times . Zero change . Bad shopping experience for such a high profile establishment. Opposite the road at Agrimark / shop / fuel station you dont get bothered by streetkids . They dont have security . So how do they manage that streetkids stay away . Engen Upington Convenience maybe you can learn something from them

Pathetic service at the steers part. Server lady ignored me and and after I got her attention she had attitude. Had to wait so long only to learn after a while that everything was in fact done but they did not let us know. Food was cold. Skip this place if your are able. Cooks are rather on there phones
