I don't know whether it's an issue of being understaffed or just having staff that don't care to help the people on the computers much but the service received at this branch is definitely contradictory to the helpful and efficient service I'm used to receiving at every other branch I've been to.

Pathetic. R350,00 poorer and almost 2 weeks later, waiting for a small package to arrive to me. Ive used other courier companies for 1/3 the cost and had overnight delivery from the same destination.

The old man is so friend and helpful. The 2old woman I went there waited for 20mn no help they don't even bother until this guy leave what he was doing to help me

just stood in queue and timed 30min for them to finish handling 1 customerwho was trying to send a international parcel. on top of this no aircon on a 35 degree day will not be using them again, they are more interested in doing R1 photo copies then looking after there serious customers. i have had better service at SAPO
