Was there today. All the staff are bunched up by there door and not really interested in helping out the customers. When we asked for the price of rusks we had to ask 4 times before the one teller even acknowledged we even asked a question as they were too interested in talking between themselves. It is not usually like this at RCL factory shop.

It is a great Hardware to buy steel for any size of your choice, they even deliver with a lower price but the charge was R50 not sure if it was for local or not, the place (factory) is clean and not that crowded,It is safe as there are securities and parking inside the yard
