Great studio for aerial yoga and pole dancing! It's situated in a very tranquil surrounding inside a wellness centre in Bedfordview. I always enjoy my classes here. If you want to try something different, come here for a fun workout!

Lots of fun. I just feel that the beginner classes should be separated from the advance classes.
