One-Stop Tool Shop

So it's three days before Christmas and my business premises is without power. I have a Honda generator which I haven't used since I bought it 10 years ago. I tried plugging my pc's in so that I could continue running my business. The generator couldn't start, I sent it to my mechanic and he said it's the carburetor, I phone Honda dealers throughout the Western Cape and they can't assist me and keep referring me to guys that have closed for the year already. I called One Stop Tool Shop and Jody answers informing me they closed a week ago already for the year and he only came in to do admin. He then says bring it around and let me see if I can help you. I end up going to them and he had a carburetor for me. He then fits the carburetor even though their workshop was closed already. I am truly grateful for these guys, it's a rare occasion to come across a company like this these days. I've found my tool shop now and will definitely recommend anyone who needs power tools, servicing of power tools or odds and ends for a handy job to visit these guys. They really a great bunch of people who care about others. 5 stars for the exceptional service received.
