They have moved across the road next to Bike Kings. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Stock levels are good on spare parts and new motorcycles. They have good honest advice and insight on technical questions. Their spare / service parts prices are very competitive.

Great dealership! The staff is always friendly and more than willing to help. Shop is clean and tidy. Coffee is excellent. Never had an issue with the service department. Always kept me updated while working on my bike.They have helped me numerous times. Again, the staff is super friendly and helpful and they always try and make a opening to help. Very good service.

Just sold my Ducati multistrada 1200s and decided to pop in today to look at the KTM 1290.I walked into the showroom and out again 5 minutes later without a single greeting from anyone.Maybe it's time for another Africa Twin dct. Will try that tomorrow.....

I'm not impressed with the service I've received from KTM Cape Town. I was charged a premium for them to do work on my bike and have had to return twice for the same issue, while also being charged twice and I'm still sitting with the same problem. My confidence in their abilities has pretty much gone out of the window and I will certainly not be going back.

Really not impressed with the parts department...Ordered a cable about 2 months ago still waiting...No follow up calls or emails giving me an eta....Phoned in again today just to get the parts department giving me attitude after explaining my frustration.

Always terrible customer service & have had enough of it now, which is why I am writing this after 3 separate occasions of having issues with the quality of servicing on my bike. Bike is never ready when they say it will be, extremely poor communication from the guy who operates the servicing department, mechanic even put brake fluid in the clutch which ruined the whole clutch system and was without a bike for 2 weeks with no offer of a loan bike or any compensation to my inconvenience, bike is also never cleaned after service upon arrival even when they tell you it is ready to collect, they don’t return calls when you leave messages. Honestly it has to be the worst KTM dealership out there. Would give zero stars if I could!!!
