Could not get any answer on the phone. Driving there faster than calling. Ordering of parts went reasonably fast. Then took forever to get the parts and pay. After giving the VIN nr still received the wrong parts. Not impressed at all

Disgusting behavior from Alert staff. On numerous occasions I have seen Alert staff consuming alcohol during business hrs at the traders market bar & in the liquor city parking lot. I was served by a female consultant with blood shot eyes & reeking of alcohol. She proceeded to indirectly ask me for a bribe if she gave me a discount. Plez do not go to the female sales consultant. She does not know her job. Seems like she flirted her way into her position.

Alert Part is useless thy have no parts for a 2008 Mazda 3 1.6 I was asking if thy have a vvt cam gear and thy did not have and thy did not even ask must I order ,so meening thy dont list it useless

Hi. Extremely poor service. Phone a couple of times with no assistance. Reception has no idea how to deal with call in and sales staff is not available. Phoned like 5 times holding on for long times with no assistance. Tried to lodge a complain got the name off Ronnie after a argument but no phone number. Reception dropped phone in my ear.
