Our very first experience and it will most definitely be our last. The sales lady made a mistake with our order. Not once did she tried to rectify or apologise for her mistake. A mistake that is leaving me, as their client in a terrible disposition. No suitable solution from their head office as well. Very poor service.

I wouldn't know if its their process but honestly i came to pick up an order but surprisingly they are assisting some other clients that came after i came i have to wait for approximately 2 hours just to pick up an order. I had to put pressure on them to assist me.I wouldn't know the reason why some of the workers are just looking and not assisting maybe its because they look at our young faces then they just deal according please guys you need to improve on how you handle some of your customers ..I'm very disappointed for wasting so much time just to wait for one order.

Pleasant experience.From ordering at Sales counter,paying for item at seperate counter then pro ending to the yard to show item payed for.Gentleman in the yard took invoice,collected the roof sheet and even carried it out of the yard to my bakkie outside the yard.Overall sufficient parking,friendly staff and helpfull with very good prices on their stock.

What a poor service. Sales lady made mistake with length of sheets.... Then was promised it was not cut yet. Hour later I heard that it was already cut. So now I sit with wrong lengths and no excuse or any help from them. They operate without computers so every conversation is not on paper...... Never ever will I recommend them. Very poor show. And James working at the factory puts the phone down in your ear....... No customer service at all....

I was not happy with the way I was handled by James when I wanted to return truss hanger, he was moody and the process took long. I was not happy also with 20% handling fee for my returns.
