As usual eye opening, empowering and challenging.I will never loose touch with you Du Waal....i met you when i was at my wits end, defeated by life, depleted and anxious.No one recommended you..God did after i fasted three days..lame fast i thought but God worked from there and i googled christian life coach and there it was ' Abundant life Coaching ..i left my contacts there..i never thought you would respond..let alone at the speed you did..twas like you sensed my need of help. In the morning you called...assured me by the end of the course i will be healed and invited me over for a free first session...the rest is a beautiful journey of peeling off distorted self defeating beliefs and learning how to use boundries ..learning how to renew my mind...unlearning religious habits etc.Our main scripture was 2 Corinthians 10:5

Goal setting is a life skill we are never taught about at school or work. Du Waal taught me a lot about this vital life skill. I learned that achieving any goal is a reality with proper goal setting techniques and a simple day to day, week to week, month to month action plan that is broken down into simple action steps.Du Waal kept me focused and motivated over my 10-week life coaching journey with him.
