Terrible!They are taking forever to get something done. You cant order at the window. They hold you up to order over a tablet and then you wait 30 min just to pick up tour food!

Absolutely disgusting food. Chicken raw. Chips so cold and old you might as well rather eat the box it came in. Threw the whole order in the dustbin.

So we ordered 2 dunked crunch boxes.Sharina was the helper who took our order the time was 13:07 15/01/2023 she was extremely rude. And spoke in her own language while looking to us while discussing with her manager when I asked her to change something on our orderPlease let KFC management check into this, it is unacceptable

What a bad service,they changed the kfc menu into their own benefiting menu,box master they told me no same drink like on advert so I'm forced to buy bigger expensive drink,no breakfast,is just a day robbery

Staff trying to beat the time system in the drive-thru by taking your order down the line and making you wait until the food is ready before you can cross time-line at payment window and again before collection window... Still take a long time to serve drive-thru customers.

3rd week i go there and the credit card machine is out of order and they say cash only at the desk. very inconveniant will rather go to the other KFC from now on where thy accept cards
