I waited over 30 minutes for the food to come, and when the food came my loaded fries were cold and the burger was sooo dry.

Wow I'm happy finaly we have our own rocomamas in springsome overall I'm over the moon the food the music and service is great the energy from the waiters the and staff is welcoming and the best host Sbu I so love that guy his smile complemented by his service is out there.Give us breakfast please !!!!! And liquor asseblief!!

Tonight was the first time that we went to Rocomamas Springs mall. The service was very poor. They had to get Draft beer from John Doris. And not even they got draft beers.After almost a half and hour we stand up and went to Spur. There was excellent service Rocomamas Springs mall won't see us again.

Ordered 2 x half portion waffles for delivery. The portion of ice cream supplied was so little, both portions were barely enough to top one of the waffles!I took pics of the ice cream portion, but could unfortunately not attach them.Enjoyed waffles from other Rocomamas branches before, and Rocomamas is known for generous to large portions, but will definitely not order from Springs Mall Rocomamas again.

We really enjoyed our Burgers & Chips and the dessert was delicious. Our waiter, Sihle Nhlapo, was really very friendly and caring. Came frequently to find out if all was still fine.The only complaint that I have is the loud drum music. Soothing music helps to increase one's appetite & lets customers stay longer. Thank you.

ORDER JO: DFD148287482. We ordered 6 burgers with chips. When the takeaways were delivered we were 2 small servings of chips were nowhere to be found despite them having been paid for (R76 for the two servings). The number on the till slip was not a number for RocoMamas at the Springs Mall!! Not happy customers at all.

The food was not nice I am very disappointed fries was cold and tasteless and the full order was not delivered. The 2 X medium Cheese Fully Charged F ries was never included in delivered order

My boyfriend and I had our Valentine's dinner tonight, service was amazing. Despite it being full, the food was delicious, fresh and it made it was fast. Our waitress was superb. Thank you guys!
