Wow, what can I say. Thank you Optima Electronics - especially Rob for your help today. We are in the Optical industry where we work with appointments and had an electronic crisis... Rob went out of his way to make sure we are taking care of. This on a Saturday where everyone is closed... He really went out of his way and delivered!!!. Not impressed. They try... Maybe I am just to pedantic but when I buy something I expect it to work... Look at the end of the day it was their supplier that gave poor quality product but this has reflected on them... They did offer a full refund but it would not fix things for us.
