Amazing experience right from walking in the door, reception lady was so friendly and helped keep my toddler occupied while I filled in forms. Audiologist was lovely and so understanding of my very busy toddler and working around him. Look forward to our follow up.

Exceptional professional service received from Heidi Taylor & her team from the moment we phoned for an appointment. The consultation & actual tests were painless & Heidi took the time to explain the results to us & answer all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. Excellent service! Our Audiologist, Ashleigh, has been phenomenal. Very attentive and she has taken the time to sit with us, communicate with us and explain everything very clearly. Extremely patient, as I had a million questions! Highly recommended this service x
