Absolute Pets

Terribly disappointed in absolute pets online. I checked the delivery time on the food I ordered when I placed it in the cart. I then called just to make sure when it will be delivered. (I ordered on a Thursday), they said it will be delivered that Monday. Monday came and gone, no delivery. Called again, no it will definitely be delivered tomorrow (tuesday), even got a mail assuring me of this. Well it's Wednesday morning and no delivery. My tracking still says 'processing'. My cat's food is now finished and I have to pay extra to get food until absolute pets decides now is a good time to deliver.I am also in a main area. Which on their online store says next day processing, delivery within 2 days. Yeah right.I understand deliveries can have issues, what makes me angry is the false promises when actually making the effort to call and ask. No tomorrow, no tomorrow.Their lead times cannot be trusted. Not what is stated on their website and definitely not what is told to you by the staff.

Absolutely thrilled with service: had queries re online ordering and Mari Meyer assisted until it was resolved with super fast turnaround times.Then, placed order yesterday and received delivery today.Am isolating so am pleased that I could stay away from the delivery gentleman who was efficient and polite too.Thank you, Absolute Pets

Please do not order from the online shop, Nobody answers emails, after numerous emails and phone calls, i finally got hold of ecommerce manager that sounds so tired and apologetic but guess what still waiting for my reversal, he will not change the way his staff behaves. So unfortunately nothing gets done, their attitude is to say call JHB and JHB says call CPT,instead of taking ownership.

Absolutely fantastic service!! I had a client leave her purse behind and the only way to contact her was to call absolute pets and see if they had her details saved on the system as my client has a card with them. The friendly lady on the phone was more than happy to help and after confirming details over the phone to make sure i had the correct card, she gave me the lady's contact number and the purse will be reunited with its owner tomorrow.Thank you so much for the quick, friendly service!!

A rare occurrence - an establishment that exceeds expectations. This is so refreshing having dealt with a company that made ordering online a breeze. Well done to you. You certainly have managed to secure a new client for life.

I went to your branch at Tygervalley centre an hour ago to look for a leather harness for it dog as the nylon one is chafing him.In the corner at the service desk there was a guy with a ponytail who made no eye contact at all with me. He was sitting at the till point and did not even look at me to make eye contact or greet. There was an elderly woman talking to him while he just sat looking down. I asked him if they had any leather harnesses and he pointed at the ones in the corner on the wall. I specifically requested leather. Why would he point at the nylon ones without looking at . This was very rude. I had been a General manager for a large retailer in the same center for many yearsand am appalled

Delivery in 3 to 5 days? LOL I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and I still no news about my order. One star only because I can't give 0.

This place is a joke. Absolutely terrible. Usually when ordering there is no stock, first time I was okay. Accidents happen. 2nd time, there is no excuse. Asked for a manager to call me, almost a week later. No calls.

Absolute pets is brilliant. Amazing service and products.
