The company stands above others just through service!!!

Very poor customer service, waiting almost a month for a quote and yet no assistance from Code Blue office. Called numerous times the office for assistance and yet they fail on customer service. Called now today twice and the response is not good. How do Code Blue think we as the customers must place our lifes in Code Blue hands and yet you struggle with a simple task and thats a quotation to be made and emailed or follow up on the survey. I would not recommend using Code Blue, i called them to tell them i am about to do a review and wanted to speak to CEO or Manager of Code Blue but the response or feeling i got was go ahead and do what makes you happy.

For security, the response rate is terribly slow! I have never seen staff patrol the streets which is worrying as a customer. I do not recommend.Our street had to hire extra private security for the festive season. Very disappointing.

Very fast and effective. Supportive and understanding too

Good technical support and friendly service. But unfortunately the reaction times are often VERY long. Waited up to 30 minutes. There are clearly not enough patrol staff.
