It's an awesome place to buy books. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great deals can be scored there.The only downside is that they do not gift wrap purchases- I was buying books as gifts for a birthday.

The service of Sibusiso was outstanding. I called the store for a boxset and despite not having stock he took down my details and got back to me within the same day! He had called every single branch in the country and was able to find the last remaining boxset of what I was looking for. For my convenience he also moved it to his branch so I could purchase it. This is an excellent example of how good service can gain and retain cuatomers because i usually wouldnt visit a branch in a mall but now i will continue to visit this branch in the future !
