Don’t use this company. They lie about not being to get hold of customers when Infact they haven’t called and have no intentions of delivering. It’s either they are under capacitated or have new management because they used to be one of the best in PE. If you had ordered from a big organisation and they’re using Dawn Wing to deliver, please also inform them of the delivery issues so they can review their contract with them.

Absolutely pathetic regarding delivery! Driver ARNOLD has been lying about delivery problems with my package and also the package has been out for delivery for as long as it took fro the parcel to get shipped from Durban to Port Elizabeth!!! DO NOT USE DAEN WING aka DPD Laser!!! STAY AWAY!!

Sent a very important parcel off on Thursday 31 March 2022 toay is the 4th April my parcel has still not arrived! Have phoned serval times following up to be told we are trying to track the parcel by other branches. An head office cant seem to assest either!

Would give them 0 stars if possible.Their offices never answer the phones, and don't even bother about trying to arrange deliveries for a certain day - they never listen.

Delivery service very poor, they have all relevant customer details, however choose to ignore it and they do not know what communication is. They fabricate excuses as to why they do not deliver your parcels. Very bag courier service

What pathetic service. Was supposed to have received a delivery from them via XtraSmile couriers. Eventually I drove to their depot to try and locate my package. The warehouse was a mess and staff that were clueless.
