The worst experience ever. Their food was not fresh at all. Was there with my sisters and we all had running tummies throughout the night, had to miss work because we just didn't feel good. We had to call the waiter to complain about the wings, had to call her for the bin, unpleasant experience with their restrooms. This was just bad... very bad. I would never suggest this M&B to anyone.

It was congested on a Friday morning when I was there. The waiter was not completely friendly. Sge got angry when I raised the fact that in the latte I'm currently drinking, there was more milk and less coffee. Secondly the latte was not also hot, it was just warm. We had breakfast as friends in 3 separate bills. When requesting the bills, she only brought 2 to the table. Had I been a bad person, I would have probably left without paying but I didn't! I asked for the bill again and payed. Bad service overall!

Pathetic!! We always stop at this mugg & bean when traveling through Ermelo, but I will NEVER support this Mugg & Bean again. When we walked in it was not busy, outside is about 10 tables, only 2 used one by another couple and the other us. The waitress refused to assist us, she walked 4 times past our table, she did not give us a menu, or tell us she is busy she will attend us soon. Her face expression was not friendly at all and you could see she doesn't want to assist us. When I ask if someone can please assist us it still did not seem as she wanted to. I told her it is ok and we walked out. I received better and friendly service from the Checkers opposite the Mug &Bean. You seriously need to get better and more friendly staff. I do not recommend this mugg & bean in Ermelo

Great service, friendly staff and the toasted sandwiches are great, although the chips on each occasion haven't been the best, the salad is a better alternative. All in all, good way to spend a morning.

The food and the coffee was good, BUT very bad service, staff were standing and chatting around the till most of the time. We had to call someone for service more than once. It was a noisy and unpleasant atmosphere. The Manager never once checked the place. The toilets outside is not up to standard. We had to walk along a dirty, littered pathway. We were really disappointed. I don't think it is anyway near Mugg & Bean standards. I will not reccommend this place to anyone. Sad.
