They don't pay back deposits. They have a convenient excuse that is getting old.

Bad service. They keep telling us to open our lockers so that they can add rubber to the bottoms of the doors. Everytime we pitch they don't show up. Keep in mind that we are expected to open the storage units within office hours - which already is a difficult task. Them not showing up (and ignoring calls and sending messages saying they will be right there even though we waited for another hour and still not showing up) means that they have absolutely no respect for our time. 0/5 I do not recommend them.
