The que at the dispensary is long with to few dispensers. On two occasions now we have qued for more than 40 minutes. With personal at dispensing counters not serving customers.

One would think if you emailed your script a day in advance you should not have to wait. The email address given to me apparently is not monitored, so I still needed to wait for the medication to be dispensed. The whole idea behind emailing in advance is not to have to wait. Left Dischem in October last year and moved to a small local pharmacy, much better service at the new place.
