Firstly, the training hours stated on Google are only applicable to month end dates. Secondly, the address stated had no entrance. And lastly, the security personnel is colluding with the dispatch staff to block eleventh hour collections when overtime is not approved.

Took almost 2 hours for them to pick a coffee table and handover. Disorganised staff and disorganised process to collect small items.
