The worst branch I’ve ever seen! Do yourself a favour and walk down the aisle to FNB, waaaay better service. Can’t decide who is worst, the branch manager or the antie “Karen” working at the Western Union desk. They really make you feel so unwelcome. Today. Tomorrow. Totally Useless.

Gave someone power of attorney, still would not allow my vehicle document to be taken. They recommended the document be send back to vehicle finance and then 4 days later I can put in a request for delivery. The power of attorney was signed and stamped by the SAPS making it a legal document.

Not Receiving Credit Card. Courier service requested to deliver to Langeberg branch, did not receive call to collect, followed up at branch, card still at courier, submit request from customer service to courier to deliver at mall, please wait 3 to 5 days for notification to collect at branch. call again 7 days after visit at branch, my details taken by lady, they will call me back, never received the call back. 7 days later i call and explain the timeline and events for following up on card. Male caller keeps interupting with request to call card services, and confirms i wasted my time to see consultant at Langeberg Mall Branch. Now requested Card Services to submit another request to courier to deliver. Not worth the time or effort calling for service at Langeberg Mall.

Most unprofessional, unfriendly and incompetent staff. No one wants to help you and every staff member informs you incorrectly of specific services. I think they need to get some training on how to manage their bad attitudes and how to work with clients. Do not waste your time to go there at all, especially foreign exchange. A smile and a ‘how are you?’ is clearly too much to ask.

Long waiting line due to covid and it seems as if staff now works extra slow. Not happy waiting 1 hour to be helped when working at a hospital.
