Wow, wow, wow!!What an experience!!After about 35 years of buying several motor vehicles (18) as well as 13 motorcycles all over SA I thought that I experienced the best (and unfortunately the worst) before and after sales service you can think of.That was till I decided to buy another motorcycle (BMW R1200RT LC for the first time from Zambesi Auto Motorrad. The service I received from Alex Reid (Sales Executive) sins the moment I showed interest in the bike till this moment where I'm relaxing in a guesthouse in Harrismith on my way back to Ramsgate (KZN South Coast), was ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD. AWESOME! FANTASTIC!There is just not words to describe the excellent setvice and treatment I received.To Mr. Demas (Sales Manager) - who lead by example, Sir!And if you think you will just pop on your 'new' bike on arrival after signing the necessary documents, you are mistaken because this team at Zambesi Auto have ALL it takes to make your experience one of the most memorable in your life!To Everyone at Zambesi Auto but especially Alex Reid - Take a bow as you are the best!!!!

Today the 20/08/2020 I have experienced great service and expert advice at Motorrad Zambesi with a super great service on my bike, and patience to all my questions from the work shop staff,excellent service people ,that is why for as long as what I ride a BMW you will always be apart of us, me and my GS. thanks a million. I appreciate it.

What wonderful service form Mbulelo. Contacted him last week to discuss buying a new 310GS and the bike was delivered today and I will be picking it up later in the week.All in all, I can highly recommend Zambesi Motorrad for their service and efficiency.Keep up the good work guys.

Try making a booking for service? Reception answers and cannot assist so she has to transfer to someone who doesn't answer. After 10 calls still no luck.

Excellent service, going the extra mile and always friendly. Love it when the technicians take the time to explain and show out the fauly part or issue at hand. I know my GS is in good hands at Zambesi Motorrad.

The workshop is extremely unprofessional. There communication is terrible. I was notified that my bike was ready for collection. When I arrived at the shop 15 minutes later (17:27) the workshop was closed.
