Poor after sales service. Ordered tiles and received two different shades of white tiles. Accountability was shifted to the supplier and the tiler when we queried the issue. Store advised that there are various shades of the same tile (apparently all shades have the same product code) and that they have no control over what they receive. Staff are only friendly when making the order.
