Rooms are okay and spacious, couldn't get late check out services so you have to plan ahead. The cleaners are good. Carry more shower gel it is for a single bath. Breakfast was not interesting given the price for a day would rather go to BnB

Competitive pricing with a lot more to offer. Great space if you're booking the penthouse. Service from the front desk was good, but could be better. Guest parking is an issue with very few covered parking bays, leaving you to park in the courtyard. Cannot accommodate a fully booked hotel.

Very spacious rooms, clean and neat, especially the one bed unit we had. Unfortunately, the place needs fumigation as we saw cockroaches and ants on left over dishes. The wifi strength and signal was the best. Great service

Horrible service to say the least. Staff was uninterested in customers. Breakfast was pathetic. Rooms were small and walls were thin, we could hear a guy next door brushing his teeth. The room was cold and uninviting. No carpets. We had to park outside as the hotel parking was full and they couldn't even make a residential parking available. I have a carport at home but not at a hotel I am paying more that R800 a night for. The breakfast chefs were rude, and very unhelpful. Will never go back even for free.

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of apartments was awesome. I needed an adaptor and within minutes of calling had received it. Would definately book again. Close to all amenities and the gym was great to use.

The staff, manager and everyone who works here is world class! Very attentive to all guests and will help you with anything. Friendly, clean, and all round superb! Will definitely stay there again! Thank you. (The Nico Hotel - Not the apartments {run completely separately})

Very disappointed service from the Management. The booking team messed up my booking, that was done via phone as well as email confirmation and when I double checked the booking the standard room rate was not available anymore. Management didn't offer the room rate anymore and wanted to charge the apartment rate appr 30% more expensive. Very disappointed - no flexibility or customer service approach

The room is clean, its more like an Apartelle rather than a Hotel.Convenient location, there are still busy with renovation. They dont use the card keys anymore and provide a door key to your room.

Hotel vs apartment.Hotel 5/5, apartments/suites 1/5Having read the reviews by previous patrons. I believe they too may have had the same experience and were misled. There is a massive difference between the hotel and the privately owned suites".My first experience/mistake was booking the suite and not the hotel. Upon checking in the tv did not work
