I’m so grateful for Letitia Schutte for saving the day. You are awesome and you’re one of the few people who can actually do their job.I’m very disappointed with the bare minimum service I received from a certain man who clearly can’t take 60 seconds to call and let me know my order is ready. I had transport arranged but received no answer.Only to be phoned the next day to be informed that they are closing at 12:00 and I need to collect my order before then with a cheeky laugh. As if it’s funny. So let me tell u how it’s done.You’re suppose to keep your clients informed and up to date so for future sake please do the job you are paid to do.You can thank Letitia Schutte for saving your behind.Good luck do feel u need a course in basic customer serviceKind regards
