Could not get service at 1.10am. They say they don't sell petrol into a container after 10pm. They refused to give me the management contacts saying they will be fired.

Truly had the worst experience in the bonjour shop today at 09h00. Went into the shop took what I wanted to buy to checkout. Waited for someone to help me but the cashier and manager ignored me while they were chatting away. I decided to rather walk out but was then helped in the most disgusting way possible. I voiced my concern with them but it didnt even help. Disgusted with the service. Will never use total again

Under construction these days but the service quality has improved. Staff seams more eager and aggressive to help, unlike before. Could it be because of new competition?

Poor services due to waiting time, they are always understaffed. Why did they garage extend if the other pumps won't be used? At night, they sell us over the window which is very inconvenient for us as customers. The owner is stingy, put more attendants during peak times.
