If I could give a minus rating I would - Came to do repairs, but they asked me for tools and used my Dominator extension pipes to to pump out the water - why are they not equipped!!?? The people are so unprofessional and what an attitude....amazing. Then they forgot some of the work and asked me to flush the pipes with peroxide....

Unhelpful, Unfriendly and poor service. Waited for ages for technician to come out for a quotation. After 3 attempts and calls he pitched at last. Two days after we had scheduled. When I followed up the office lady told us that the technician dropped his phone where all the pics are stored and is off untill his phone is working. No one bothered to let us know what is going on. Shame on them. I will never ever recommend them.

Requested Munnik Pools (George) to inspect my pool. Do a assessment and repair a water leak. I accepted and paid him in full. After numerous attempts to fix the leak and causing months of inconvenience, he refuses to fix the leak and refuses to answer my calls. I can not recommend Munnik Pools!

Paid a deposit for solar pannels in July 2022 for our swimming pool,despite repeated promises that George will come out he has not come and when we requested our deposit back he blocked us.

I contracted Munnik Pools to re-coat my pool 6 months ago and after 2 attempts the coating colour is blotchy and unsightly. I would not recommend this company for pool coatings.
