Shocking service.Waited 3 weeks for our goods. Manager has poor customer service skills.Was not interested in the fact that we where constantly delayed by them.Will not go back there.

Bought a new 75 inch hisense tv from them, which turned out to be faulty the same day, returned the next day, Now they refusing to exchange it for a new one.Don't buy from here!

Do Not Buy ANYTHING from House and Home. I bought a T.V from House and Home Meadowdale last year. The T.V stopped working. I phoned house and home on Saturday. The lady said she will phone me back on Monday. She never did. I phone on Monday afternoon. No one knows what i am talking about. The man I speak to said he will have a look and phone me back. This was at 3. I receive a call back on Tuesday morning. He takes all my details and logs the fault. Said it would take 48 hours for someone to come have a look. Thursday I get a whatsapp and the man tells me I need to send the serial number. The proceeds to lie to me and that it would take 48 hours from logging the fault on Thursday. Get a call on Monday that they credited the T.V. I can come in an pick a new TV. Go there and i get informed i have to open a new account and all information and payments will be allocated to the new account. But the amount i have to pay back is now higher. Get a call today (Thursday) that i have to bring in all my documents again. The day i am suppose to get my new TV. Worst store ever with just liars and no service

It's a brilliant store.Justin stepping into the place one can already have ideas of what a perfect house should look like.They have a great array of beautiful household furniture that is of great style and quality.It's wonderfully lighted so you don't miss any detail of the furniture required.I loved their chairs specially I haven't seen something like that anywhere.Awesome store

3 weeks ago a purchased a dishwasher from House and Home Edenvale. We fetched the machine and immediately noticed that it was badly damaged. We never even connected the machine. Immediately we contacted H&H and sent photos. 3 weeks later, and we still don't have a new machine. They were very eager to take my money...but now they don't bother to give me a new machine. Bitterly disappointed!!!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!!!

Battled to get them to answer the phone. Once they did , super helpful and even phoned me back in 3min. Had the stock and sorted me quickly
