This is a World class dealership. Their range of used cars and new Chery cars are impressive and their customer care is exceptional.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. They purchased my vehicle in February 2023 and still have not changed ownership of the vehicle. I am now unable to purchase my vehicle disk without purchasing the disk for the vehicle that was sold. The agent that I dealt with refuses to answer my calls and ignores my messages.The vehicle was sold from Digicars to a 3rd party but I am still picking up as the owner of the car! Fines are adding up with absolutely no answer from Digicars!Unfortunately, there is no response function to comments made by the owner. Firstly, I would like proof of these fines you refer to since October 2022. Please email me proof. It took 2 months to come up with this ridiculous excuse for not attending to this matter.I received 2 calls today for a follow up once this was posted on the page. I have proof of ignored messages and phone calls prior to the 2 calls made today. Pushing blame will not cover up for the lack of communication and professionalism from your team! I would appreciate a call explaining the statements being made.

Fantastic service and atmosphere. Went there today to check out the new Chery Omoda. All the guys we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Their sandwiches are very soft and delicious. They also have a range of very clean used cars to choose from.
