My family and I are there every December for the past 3 years and we've yet to find something to criticise, the stay is amazing, love the quietness of the area as well and the hosts were more than attentive to us.

Our stay was great we had fun the only challenge was breakfast on the 1st day but after we raised our concern enough food was served..thanks to Dean and cleaning ladies were so helpful...we were also offered to braai and access to kitchen and their utensils as we thought we have booked self-catering thanks guys we had fun

I stayed here for 3 nights recently and it was a lovely place. Easy to locate, beautiful grounds (two pools!) and clean, comfortable rooms with very good air conditioning (important!) The entire staff was very friendly, even the security guard knew me by name. the daily breakfast was delicious.The hotel itself is walking distance from a grocery store as well as a busy street with lots of restaurants. It's a ~15 minute Uber ride to the beach and some other main attractions. And for the price, I feel like you can't get much better of a value. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a very nice cozy stay. I was greeted and felt very welcome. I was also so pleased with the extras received with my booking. They provide towels, soaps, dstv, wifi, air-conditioning, kettle for tea's and coffees with milk, bar fridge, morning breakfast & swimming pools. Thank you

The Roseland House pictures don't do it justice, the in person experience is amazing, the rooms are tidy and are equipped with everything you'll need. A clean swimming pool, good bed and nice bathroom. Nondumiso is a great host and the Roseland team is always available when you need them.The neighbourhood is very conveniently located near all the necessary amenities and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the rooms are very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Top tier experience. Although we weren't welcomed professionally. We had to wait for a few minutes outside (no idea why they would treat guests like when they have a reception). But all in all. We had a nice time

Clean and well maintained place with safe parking. Amazing service from the stuff. Rooms and linen was perfectly clean. Breakfast was amazing too.
