Very kind and friendly people, but can’t follow requests. My hair grows VERY slowly and i’ve had shoulder length hair for most of my life. Last 3 years i’ve been trying to grow my hair and at last they are past my shoulders. The tips did look bad and dry, but i asked the girl to please keep as much of the length. She showed me she’ll cut off about 5cm. Anyway, snipped off 2-3 years growth in 15 mins and now i have shoulder length hair again. Cut off 10-15 cm, not 5. It does look nice and healthy, but still not what i asked. I wanted the length, the length that took forever to get. Afterward everybody said how nice it looks, but it is not what i asked for. Wanted to sponsor my hair to cansa for a wig, you need to sponsor at least 25 cm, but my hair is way shorter than that now. It is not always about the look, sometimes you just want what you want without having to explain. I did not get what i want.

All the girls working in this salon are so friendly. Had my toddlers hair cut there yesterday and the chick who cut her hair is as so patient and did a great job. Also half the price of what another salon quoted. Will definitely go back. Thanks ladies.
