No exchange for the device they open instoreI went to vodaworld on Friday 30th Dec 2022 and I end up buying honor x8 unaware that it a single sim because they do Sim exchange in store for (they actually opened that phone for us), when I get home trying to put my internet Sim to find out it's a single Sim, the next day 31st dec 2022 went back trying to exchange only to be told that they only exchange if the device is faulty

It's really great there are restaurants inside where you can have a quick lunch. And check out the new tech as well.

Twice we've been here and twice we've had only awesome experiences. From the moment we were made to feel warmly and caringly welcomed by the gentleman at the front. Each time, he gave us the ticket for the almost non existent que, only after he had ascertained exactly what the problem was unordered to direct us with genuine concern amd correctl. Every staff member we came across had the same attitude. Twice they saved us from either incompetent, unwilling or awful experiences at franchise shops in Sandton (from the disinterested staff at the repair shop & from the sales shop in Mandela Square which has amazing staff but a very unpleasant manager, Ria Moeng)Several staff get involved, the relevant members leaping forth in full support of their colleagues, teaming up to find the best and most efficient solution. Both times we were bowled over by their helpfulness and efficiency. Thanks to them our challenging problems were happily resolved.

The staff is helpful to a point, but the last 2 times I was there, I wasn't able to get the help I needed with my PCs, not worth the drive anymore for me.
