I called desperate for them to help my wife with a burst geyser. The said they would be glad to help. She then phoned them explaining its an emergency. They said they would help. The guy she was then told to call said he didn't want to be there can he rather not talk her through it". The following day when calling them they said they would come and give a quote. Never pitched. Called at 16.30. Boring."

Wynberg Plumbing gave an excellent service when our geyser burst. They were prompt and efficient. I can highly recommend the company.

My geyser burst and I was worried that my insurer would take too long to fix it, so I called Wynberg Plumbers. When the plumber eventually arrived, it took 24 hours to give a quote, despite numerous follow-ups.I was quoted R20,000 - but my insurance only covered R8,500 of that. That was a stressful moment.However, my insurer's plumbers eventually called, and did all of the work covered by the R20,000 quote with my only having to pay a minimum excess.I hope Wynberg Plumbers don't charge over double what others do for all of their work. I did raise this with them over email when reminding them to please send me an invoice for their call-out fee, but didn't get a response when the invoice was sent.
