Ridiculous long queue to pay 1 item. No staff at express tills. Normal counters less than half of them working. Take some good advise and rather buy online. Might even have your product faster than waiting and a lot less effort.

I applied for a card online, it was approved and I was told to collect it at game so that it could be activated, the staff at the counter was very lazy and sent me to 3 different people. The last person I spoke to Sylvia said the people who handle the cards are off today and it’s not their department so they can’t help me. Today I received a call from the desk telling me that the card was available and could be activated by Sylvia.. Lazy, incompetent staff just as well I won’t be taking the card

Walked the shop twice to find someone on the floor to assist, eventually the verimark guy had to help me find someone. Shocking service is an understatement. We waited and waited eventually we just walked out as did two other families. I have never had a good experience at any Game but this takes the cake for sure.

Went in store on the 18th of sept to purchase an item. Was then informed that there was no stock at this store however there was stock at the warehouse which would take a week to be delivered to the store.After a week, no feedback was received so I then followed up with the store only to find out no one was aware of my order.Store manager (Aneil) then contacted me to make arrangements for my item to be delivered to the shop.Received a call from Aneil on the 6th October stating that my order was delivered to the store and I can arrange to collect it.Visited the store today (8th Oct) only to be informed that the item that was delivered was the wrong item and its the salesperson fault. Wasn't aware that when you purchase from a store like game, theres no accountability and each person employed represents themselves and not the franchise.Will await feedback tomorrow but highly doubt I will receive my item

What a ripoff! It’s their clearance sale as the shop is closing (not surprised). No prices on any of the items; it only states 20% off on baby goods. Bought Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles that is marked off as 20%, YET we paid MORE than the normal price when we got to the till!!! Normal price at game R659,99 (as advertised). What did we pay for an apparent 20% off deal? R750!!!!A couple next to us got charged R450 for three cans of Husky dog food. Game ar Mall of the South, you are skelms! Glad your shop is closing. May your shop not RIP.

My experience at game mall of the south was absolutely pathetic. First of all the service from the staff standing around talking to one another was a mission to get them to even acknowledge that I'm there then after buying a R1499 bicycle for my son getting home to find out there are parts missing

I bought a TV stand at Game.They ordered stock and called me to notify me that it has arrived.I eventually organised transport to fetch the stand but when i got to the store,I found out that they had sold the stand that was ordered for me.I urgently needed the stand so I felt forced to buy a more expensive stand since they sold the one that I initially bought.I also had to wait for an hour in the store to sort out everything.I am disappointed and not happy at all with the services provided by Mall of South,Game.The store needs to do better.

Not impressed.Waited in exercise department with no assistance.I picked up store phone and dialled (through to manager). The attitude from this man was uncalled for.He did however arrange us help.Thank you so much Cyprian for going and looking and finding us our product and your great service. Much appreciated
