Absolutely terrible service. Ever since it's been under new management things have gone from bad to worse. The staff are slow. The manager has an attitude while speaking to customers and is not apologetic about the problems. The new owners used to be present now they are nowhere to be seen. For the fourth time, no burgers are being served during loadshedding but no sign to say so. We were just told you can see the screen is off". This used to be our favourite Vida

Decided to finally take a break from my day to day tasks & treat myself to a simple pleasure. The staff were extremely friendly & their smiles were infectious. The hazelnut latte was amazing as always. It was a rare chance for me to treat myself & I'm glad I did. Will definitely return to Vida at the 3 Arts Village.

Service is generally poor at this establishment. Waited 30mins for a burger. No communication from staff on the delay. There have been times in the past where the kitchen for some inexplicable reason closes early. This is even when there is no loadshedding. So I'm unable to order. Service was excellent when the place initially opened, but has been lacking of late.

Ordered a Smoothie at 10:39am. Waited till 10:50am, after serving 6 people after me, then only i was asked did i not get my order yet. No apology given and still not helped immediately after wasting time. VIDA E CAFÈ 3 ARTS please address this with your staff, very irritated customer.

I used to enjoy going there. But since this new cashier, service is terrible. The cashier speaks to different ppl while assisting me. It was awful. And she made an error which was to be expected. Had to ask to clean the table. No serviettes available. No hand towels at the basin. The food was awful.

Great service, sandwich was okay, could be more adventurous. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich had no pieces of chicken, that I noticed . . .

Good coffee and food. A bit on the expensive side. Nice large tables to sit and work at, along with many charging ports. Not too loud most of the time.

It looked so fancy from the outside i probably would never have visited if not for a buddy birthday treat. Once inside u see its very smart but totally unpretentious.Parking is free, secure, undercover but airy and spacious (weekday morning).Even with masks on, the staff are visibly happy to share their knowledge and recommendations of the never-seen-before snacks and insight for the non-latte-savvy :)Loud ppl like me can be very comfortable on the airy patio :pPrices are not exorbitant considering approx 75 bucks spent can leave u still feeling very full more than 4hrs later.If ur picky about crispy lettuce, perhaps simply request that ur order be heated to its signature perfection before assembly rather than after... personally i didn't care, that croburger-thingy was awesome!

The mini quiche was a bit on the cold side in the middle. The coffee was amazing though and will definitely be back.
