Bought a 2TB hard drive did not work tooknit back and waiting for a new one hopefully it will be only a week . Not very good

I wanted additional RAM added to my laptop and was offered a very good price on a SSD, which I accepted. The service was excellent! Terry and Tyrone were professional, yet friendly and very efficient. This was not the first time that I have done business with them and I will most certainly go back again and recommend them to anyone who needs technical advice, assistance and/or hardware.

They have a nr outside for out of hours service. I called about getting a cable on a sunday and he told me the cable is R145 but he is gonna charge me an extra R500 because it is on a sunday and he has to offer up his family time. As far as customer service goes I i can rather goe to the pakistan store that over charges R250 for that same cable...
