I trusted the word of Vinod as he said my vehicle will be ready in 2 days however the warranty dept delayed payment due to Vinod not submitting documents on time especially his tax information. When eve I had feedback from my warranty dept I immediately liased with Vinod to make sure we on board. I was quoted a new turbo but when I followed up vinod informed me he installed a turbo he purchased 8 months ago and was unable to provide an invoice. After lengthy arguments I was told my car is ready but I will not get it as his wife is a share holder and instructed vinod not to hand my vehicle to me. I immediately went to turbo clinic and informed vinod he cannot keep my vehicle and asked him why I was not informed my car was ready and he was delaying the release of payment because he could not provide a tax number to the warranty company. He said the car was ready an hour before I arrived which was 19:00 on 2022-05-04. I had to pay a cash amount of R1800 for labor and then took my car from him. I was also informed way after the job was authorized by the warranty company that vinod need to change oil and filters in my vehicle at an additional cost of R1200. Of which to my knowledge if you have experience in the business u should have added that onto the initial list required instead of later on saying he forgot. And for that I am due to pay separately.Totally uncalled for experience on my end. During conversations on the phone a lot of changes however when I informed vinod my calls are recorded then no further arguments. No customer service and business ethics what so ever. Transparency goes along way with honesty
