Stay away from this place. Worse service ever. You will be sent from pillar to post. Integrity is zero, customer service zero. Lies at an optimal level. If you want to have zero peace at night, take your vehicle here.

This company has done refurbishing of a dashboard for my friend because his vehicle was broken into and insurance was the insurer , can understand why they take 3 months to install a dash board and do central locking. The client has moved from outsurance because of this as he cannot understand how outsurance can use a company like this. Unbelievable bad service.

This was the smoothest process I have had in a long time. They give excellent and professional service. I was kept up to date constantly on the progress and everything was explained on handover of my car. The set due date was kept and ready for collection as promised. On collection all workmanship was shown and explained in detail. The individual relationship makes you feel like a valued customer and I will definitely recommend them! Thanks for the great experience!

The service i received when I took in my vehicle after it been involved in an accident was phenomenal. My vehicles looks as good as new. After having reported this to my insurer Outsurance, I requested that the vehicle be repaired at Grorap Autobody. Outsurance had no issues with me sending my vehicle in for repairs to Grorap. The service that I received from Pieter and Hendrik was more than I had ever bargained for. The personal updates really were most welcome and made me feel at ease. I would gladly recommend Grorap Autobody any day. Well done on an awesome job to my vehicle.

Thank you to Peter and the Grorap Autobody team for their excellent service. Being involved in an accident is a traumatic experience whoever you guys handled me so well. You kept me up to date almost daily on every step of the claim and process as well as emailed me. Even when my vehicle had an issue after being returned, you guys immediately came to fetch the car to do additional work and returned it the same day. I got another follow up ensuring that everything was in order. This personal service is highly appreciated. I highly recommend Grorap Auto Body!

I own a Vehicle Service Centre and took a customer's vehicle to Grorap for repairs. It is the worst vehicle body shop service that I have ever received. It takes them almost 3 weeks to repair the drivers door. They don't update me regarding the progress and I have to contact them to follow up. They promised me collection of the car today (Friday 13 March) and I have not even received a phone call to update me.Pathetic to say the least. They don't even deserve one star. What makes it even worse, my insurance company selected them as the preferred choice. Never again!
