Hartland Camera Repairs

Hartland has all the parts I need from previous generation Olympus cameras to the most recent models. The price is competitive, they are reliable (spareparts are genuine), professional (seem they are experienced in sending parts to different cities in Australia), responsive and quick in delivering the parts I need. Kelly and Karen are attentive and I am satisfied with my purchase and repeat orders.

Can't recommend this place enough. I had a crack in the top LCD screen of my D850. Other camera places either didn't bother to respond to queries or told me I should fix it myself using Aliexpress parts! A quick Uber to Hartlands and a 10 mins wait and it was fixed. Brilliant. Friendly staff too.

My husband and I just had the rudest experience of our lives! We spoke with a lady named Karen who told me to shut up over phone. This company has had our camera sitting in their repairs for over 4 months and have been terrible at communicating with us. Our lens was sent in originally for a simple Lens clean. We rely on this lens for our income and livelihood and can not get over the inhumane way we were spoken to by this lady.We are EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. I would urge anyone who is thinking of going here to not even bother.

Unfortunately this is the only place in Aus to repair my Tamron lens. Depsite providing my Victorian address to send my repaired lens to a staff member called Karen sent my lens to an address in NSW, chosen from an invoice that was a year old. Their excuse was they did not read the full email where I clearly stated my address to send the lens to.This is a very expensive mistake to send my professional lens to the completely wrong address in a different state - I've spent a week trying to chase it down and ensure it arrives to me. I would have expected a lot more for a company dealing with expensive professional camera equipment. Their email system doesn't work apparently... Avoid if you value your equipment.

Very helpful & knowledgeable. Took my Nikon D850 in expecting to have to refinance my mortgage to fix it and before the ink dried on the paper the issue had been fixed & camera handed back, no charge. Also left another Nikon for a general service and was told Nikon had a recall on that model and were repairing the issue for free (plus postage of course). Very happy to have such a proffessional business to deal with.

It's been a while since I used my Canon 5D Mk II, so when I had to use it last week there was a LOT of dust to blow off. I also found that the sensor needed a bit of work, and the diaphragm in my 200 EF lens (which Canon doesn't make anymore) was busted after a nasty fall...With an amazing Customer Service team and technicians with combined experience of over 40 years, Hartlands Camera Repairs is the single go-to one-stop-shop to get the job done. I don't usually write Google reviews, but this one is deserving for the quality work that Hartlands did on my 5D. They even found me a replacement lens cap for my cheap 50mm.You guys are legends. I'll be back for sure.

I sent in my Nikon Z 50mm lens which was still under warranty. The lens was returned to me in less than 2 weeks and the fault that was occuring is completely fixed.I appreciate the time took to make sure the lens was properly secured for the trip back up to Kununurra.Excellent work. Professional, quick and know what theyre doing!

Very friendly and professional staff. They figured out the issue with my lenses very fast and got it fixed within days, sooner than expected. Totally recommended!

FAIL!! Spent $93 on a cleaning on the camera sensor, marks are still on it, no change from before I took it in! Didn't try hard enough!Wasted money I need!! Never again....Don't bother, go elsewhere folks.UPDATE post response from business; Yes I did use your service and did pay the $93 but I am not dumb enough to violate my privacy online thanks so I will not use my real name. Work it out.....Any no I can't return as I am unable to do so! Jamie should have done a better job!UPDATE 2: The sensor is not damaged! You being the so-called professionals did a lousy job and keen to even consider going to the Consumer Protection! I managed to remove the spots MYSELF!BIG FAIL 'Karen'...............
