A very professional gym where U find matured gym enthusiasts or fanatics. The place is neat and there always a person who is willing to help.......gym assistants. Covid19 safety protocols are adhered with @all times. A relatively good space to be at after work and work your body....

Awesome gym with great prices if you are in the area for a short period of time. The equipment is more than adequate for even the biggest gym goer and the owners and manager are friendly and helpful. They also sell protein bars and supplements which is a lovely touch. :)
