Amazing products, I have been saving on my electricity bill from day 1

Service is terrible. Still waiting for them to repair damage they caused when they came to replace a burst geyser. It has been months.Ripped off ceiling cornice and damaged ceiling board, scratched my flooring, scratched paint off the wall. Drilled through my wall to the exterior without permission, making a massive hole they refused to plaster initially.They had to come back three times to do the initial job because the geyser kept leaking, and a fourth time in order to check the damage they had left after I reported it. They promised to repair things they’d clearly damaged, but of course, never have come back to me again. (Despite a long apologetic email full of excuses)Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Their site supervisor is also rude and dishonest. Stay far, far away.

The service was quick, and efficient, Jimmy and Romeo the plumbers arrived at the allocated time and where friendly and fixed my geyser, the work was carried out cleanly and without issue! Thanks

The worst service I have ever received from any geyser maintenance company ever. They have now had to return eight times and still my issue has not been resolved. Where it started with a minor problem with a switch, three weeks later I am without water and my kitchen is flooded. Not recommended based on my experience. Only used them because my insurance insisted.

Bad service, excuse after excuse to not to replace a faulty pressure relief valve they installed. Last team told me its all the rubber seals in all my taps making the noise and not the valve and to convince me this is the case they open and close the taps and toilet valves, of coarse the thing wont make a noise when you stop the running water

I am disapointed with WATERLITE,they came to replace my geyser and a week later the anode inside the geyser was faulty,i called them,and they said a warrenty claim had to be done,i am still waiting,very unhappy as i have water spraying everywhere as i turn on the taps.

These guys are the absolute gold standard of professionalism. Geyser burst and was replaced within 24 hours, the guys were very friendly and professional. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
