I have been reading the reviews on here and realized that majority of the negative reviews were from customers who ordered on the app or over the phone. I went directly to the store because I was in the area and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my pizza and I also had ingredients added to it. I returned 30 minutes later to collect it and was pleasantly surprised that the pizza was done exactly as I asked. So well done to the branch for getting it right because very few do!

Terrible service from dishonest staff. I had vouchers to be used to debonairs, so when I got to the store the manager informed me that the order needed to be placed online. She did not tell me to place each order separately. When I had a problem canceling the order, the manager advised that she does not know how the app works and did not get training on the online app. I called Nosipho the area manager who tried to assist. The manager lied to the area manager that she did not tell me that she was not trained on the app. Nosipho then told me that she does not know who to believe!!I then asked her why did the manager and staff all have their badges turned the wrong way about to that names were not visible. The area manager told me that was something the manager needed to sort out and I should not worry about that! Pathetic service from the staff

Had one of the worst experiences with one of your cashiers her name is Mpilonde Ntuli she refused to change my order after she made the mistake of giving me a wrong order even when I told her I'd pay the extra fee for my right order she refused telling me she can't help me

I placed two orders within the space of 4 days and received the same terrible service. Both orders were listed as delivered on the website, when they were not. Both times I called the store after an hour of waiting, just for them to tell me that the driver just left and will be on the way. About 20 minutes before this, I received a call from the respective drivers, indicating that they are on the way and will arrive by me within 10 - 15 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I called the store again, only for someone else to answer and tell me that the driver had just left...again. I asked for the driver's number, only to be told that the driver's do not carry their phones (if this is true, how did I receive calls from the drivers whilst they were already on the road?).It is now 2 hours, and I still have not received my food. The store has terrible service and terrible management, and take no accountability for their lack of basic services. On top of that, the delivery system is abysmal. The drivers are constantly lost, constantly listing orders as Delivered" when they are not

On Sunday at 18:00 i ordered 4 x large pizzas from Debonair Springfield on my App. At 18:15 , i received a message that it was on the way , At 18:30 , i called the store and the lady told me that the driver had just left with my order , 18:45 , still no pizza , Called the store again and was told that the driver had left , yet the driver calls me 5 minutes later and tells me that he is only leaving now, I only received the pizzas at 19:30 , one and a half hours later , with the pizza boxes smashed and the pizza lying on one side as per attached pics. Called and spoke to the manager , she apologizes and says that she cant do anything about it.i was also charged a delivery fee of R25.00 , when on the app. it says free delivery on orders over R250.00Pathetic Service.
