Broke my car key and then proceeded to argue about the fact, although the key was perfect when I handed my vehicle over (It was like that"). If that was not enough pushed the driver's seat all the way to the back

Friendly people. But they take their time doing anything. This makes you feel like they are doing you a favour. Not on, hour and half testing a trailer. Little bit of speed will help a lot.
