Pathetic service delivery!We have had recurrent issues with our printer, from incorrect printing of documents, to parts completely malfunctioning. The technicians either cannot resolve the issues or the maintenance is not done to satisfaction. The printer has not been in working order for a week! This is notwithstanding the multitude of promises from the company to timeously attend to the issue.
