My brother took his cat here and the vet just basically told him to put the cat down after barely checking her. My brother then took her to Westville for a second opinion, they examined her, gave her medication and she was better the next day.

Really good service. Our baby kitty was well taken care of and the vet was very helpful in the insurance process

I take all my dogs to the vet here. Because I have 6 and was not able to bring 5 of them for their yearly vaccines the vet did a house call to complete the vaccines. They are very helpful

Took my puppy to him for her first shots. A staff member took the puppy's temp. Her appetite was poor so he added some milk(clover) to some canned food and she responded to it. He advised me to do the same and I advised him that wouldn't it be better to use milk formulated for puppies instead. From my knowledge,as a layman,dogs are lactose intolerant. We were concerned about her high heart rate but when he checked her using his stethoscope he said she was healthy. The appointment was rushed and as I wasn't happy taking her back there I opted to take her to another vet for her second set of shots. The other trusted vet picked up that my puppy had a significant heart murmur and she didn't even use a stethoscope. She explained what it could be and referred me to a specialist. Sadly, my puppy had a heart attack and passed away a day before her appointment with the specialist. What upsets me is wondering whether I could have saved her if the murmur was picked up earlier and it cannot be said that she didn't have it the first time I took her to the vet because at the animal hospital it was determined that she was born with it. Disappointment is to mild a feeling to describe how I feel.
