Always something missing, the first 2 times we try to buy there No chicken, then they didn't have mash. The lasy time no mini loafs, bad service. Never ever again!!

Worst service ever, they stuffed up the drinks we ordered with meals, asked them to correct it and they wanted me to pay a further 7 rand per meal to correct it. Told them to get lost and the staff laughed it off.Won't see us again

I will never again support kfc dalview. The last 3 times everytime my order was incomplete or wrong after using the drive through. Tonight the drinks was wrong and after a discussion it was sorted. Then had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee and eventually when getting home they forgot the kids chicken pops. Poor poor service.

Completely disappointed. Horrible horrible. Not even worth giving away to someone. Tried calling landline number. Not going through. Eventually called call centre. Left my details. Let see if the owner calls.

Service was great, the lady introduce me to a special on a combo deal which wasn't on display. She mentioned to ask for the special of the day. I saved R30 on that meal. It was clean to.

The service and atmosphere is the worst ever. You can't hear a word the cashier says because of the staff talking so loudly. Staff members chewing gum with their mouth open while packing your food, not wearing gloves or hair nets. The burgers is so small its actually ridiculous!

KFC is yummy we all know that, so me and my husband visit them frequently, lately each time we get there their card machine doesn't work then you get stuck in the drive through having to wait it out. Also I waited (what felt like forever but was just past half an our) on the inside for my order with all the delivery people cause they only focus on being fast for the drive through so if your delivery is slow DON'T blame the driver
