Attendant didn't close my fuel filler cap, and now it's missing and not a easy part to find. When I went back and asked for help, the attitude was horrible. Not my car, not my problem. Really pathetic

Im not somebody doing a bad rating but this shell gerage wins the award for bad service for years now!!! I go past the garage every day so convenient to stop for petrol bud every time you stop there the same bad service!! Game up

No air pump for months, which garage doesn't have an air pump? 3 fuel pumps out of order for months. Poor management.

The worst service station that there is .Attendants argue about who is going to assist you.Super slow.Uninterested staff.Sad to see them carry the Shell brand.1km from my home but just not worth the frustration.Going forward, I will rather drive to another service station.

It's good in de morning but few fuel attendance during late. Have to wait wait wait for attendant to finish one car before serving me while other pumps are having no staff
